Oak and Stone Prototype
Prototype Builds - new concept?... Call Us...We started building and designing prototype restaurants back in 1988 when we partnered with Archidynamics and became a design build firm specifically for the food service industry. After 35 years and allot of practice, we are still at it. This months featured prototype build is the Oak and Stone Restaurant in Sarasota Florida. It was designed by Hoyt Architects and we were given the opportunity to build it. The build took about eight months to complete from start to finish and was 3,500 sq. ft. with seating for 250 patrons.
Custom Commercial Builds
If your Architect can dream it...we can build it. This is a picture of the Oak and Stone Restaurant in Sarasota Florida. The prototype store had many interesting features including a large 32 tap digital self-serve beer wall and a large central beer and wine barrel storage display. The project also included multiple eating and drinking bars with custom concrete tops. Some of the latest in LED lighting technologies were also incorporated into the build. Lighting fixtures with Edison style period lighting lamps and bar die walls with multi color displays added great visual effects for the dining experience.
